Refund Policy and Seller Guarantees

Where to direct a request about a product bought through an external seller.

Updated 6 October 2026 · Editorial identity: Natural Health care

NaturalHealthys does not issue seller refunds

NaturalHealthys publishes information and may earn affiliate commissions. We do not take payment for the third-party products reviewed here, hold their order records or control their return process. A manufacturer, retailer or payment processor is responsible for the transaction under its own terms. This page replaces any suggestion that all purchases have one shared guarantee.

Check the guarantee for your actual purchase

Use your receipt, order confirmation and the terms shown when you purchased. Verify the deadline, when the period begins, which products qualify, whether opened containers must be returned, return authorization requirements and any excluded charges. Never assume that a 60-day, 90-day or 180-day offer described for one product applies to another.

Requesting a refund

Contact the support address or account help feature identified in your transaction records. Provide the order number, purchase date and product name, together with the information the seller reasonably requests. Ask for the correct return address and instructions before sending a package. Keep written records and shipment tracking if a return is required.

Refund amounts and processing time

Return shipping, original shipping, taxes, subscriptions and other charges may be treated differently by different sellers. The seller and your payment provider determine approval and processing time. NaturalHealthys cannot promise an amount, deadline or approval on their behalf.

If you cannot reach the seller

Consult the support route named on your receipt or your payment provider’s dispute information. Applicable deadlines may differ, so do not assume that emailing this website pauses them. Avoid sharing complete payment-card information in ordinary email. We can receive a report about inaccurate seller terms in an article, but cannot authorize a refund.
